Project Overview
Realkredit Danmark is a mortgage provider in Denmark. I have worked with the journeys in the organisation that support mortgage loans. This being RD.dk, which was my main project, but also channels such as District, Danskebank.dk and the mobile bank.
This is where I learned about the nature of agile teams and the many jobs of a UX designer. Worked with the entire process from building an understanding of the audiences, discussing requirements etc. and idea generating with my team in workshops, to usability testing and handing over refined visuals to developers.
